미세플라스틱 분석 전문 한국분석과학연구소

서울대 야생동물학과 최창용교수님과 환경부 지원으로 극지연구소에서 샘플링한 남극 킹 조지섬의 젠투펭귄(피고셀리스 파푸아) 유조 위장의 시료에서 샘플링한 시료를 한국분석과학연구소에서 micro-FT-IR을 사용하여 정성 및 정량분석한 결과가 논문으로 발간되어 공유드립니다. 기존 남극 펭귄 논문은 주로 배변에서 검출된 논문이지만, 이번 연구결과는 어린 펭귄(유조) 사체의 위장에서 검출된 미세플라스틱 논문으로 기존 결과와 큰 차이를 확인할 수 있었습니다. 아마도 인체에서도 큰 미세플라스틱은 배출되겠지만, 작은 미세플라스틱은 체내 축정되고 혈류를 통해서 이동이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. 향후 인체시료에서 관련 연구가 필요한 이유일 듯 합니다. ​ Microplastics in gastrointestinal tra..
